- Hours : Full-Time 40 hours / week, Monday-Friday 1-9 : 30pm CST.
- Possible weekend / holiday work per department needs
Job Description :
Directs and monitors, as Team Facilitator, all non-clinical staff to ensure work goals are met and action plans are developed. Develops / improves work flows, trains and orients new staff, provides staff development and feedback, supports and communicates new initiatives that impact their areas, and assists in areas to provide leadership support to the manager.Essential Job Duties :
Collaborates with employees on performance management issuesConducts annual performance reviews and follows upCoordinates incoming and outgoing patient flow with valet staffConducts and facilitates regular department meetingsInvestigates and resolves patient issues when they arise in Valet areaCommunicates transport initiatives with internal departmentsInterviews, hires, and trains new employees under direct supervision in conjunction with Human ResourcesInvestigates and resolves event management system incidentsPerforms Kronos updates and signs off time cardsDevelops systems to support a growing organizational demandsRepresents team at key Leadership forumsMonitors and manages the use of key supplies and equipmentCreates and maintains efficient and effective operations within area of responsibilityDevelops and maintains positive customer relationshipsDevelops staff into empowered teamsCreates a team of high performing, highly engaged individualsMaintains awareness of standards of practice applicable to area of servicesQualifications :
High school diploma preferred.Leadership experience and basic computer knowledge / skills preferred.Valid driver's license required.Why Bellin Health :
