Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Lot Porter to join our team. The Lot Porter is responsible for ensuring the lot and vehicles are clean and organized, assisting with inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including moving vehicles and debris as necessary

Ensure all vehicles on the lot are properly labeled and have appropriate inventory information

Assist with vehicle inventory management, including checking in new vehicles and conducting regular audits

Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good condition and report any issues to management

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions as needed

Help maintain a safe and organized work environment

Collaborate with sales and service team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a similar role preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including vehicles

- Keep the lot clean and organized
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed
- Assist with vehicle delivery to customers
- Maintain inventory of keys and vehicles
- Assist with customer inquiries and requests
- Perform cash handling duties as needed

- Ability to perform basic math calculations
