We are looking for a detail oriented Marketing Associate/Administrative Assistant to help run our small business and manage eCommerce store. Manage the day to day functions of the website and assist in store. Monitoring and enhancing performance with speed/UI/SEO and google ranking. Experience with Mindbody and Shopify is a plus. Duties include planning and implementing our marketing and advertising activities. For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals by building strong marketing campaigns and keeping brand consistency. This is a great position for someone who is knowledgeable in Business/ Marketing, creative and can carry out multiple projects simultaneously to completion who is deadline driven.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
- Assist with organizing promotional events and new marketing strategies
- Coordinate with the Owner/Manager to create advertising material (e.g. brochures, newsletters, and signage)
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Manage Social Media and email campaigns
- Managing our online store
- Assisting with general administrative and in-store tasks.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and Analytics.
- Proficient in MS Excel, and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.
- Proficient in Canvas or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
