Bellissima is seeking an experienced Office Assistant/Retail (10-15 hours) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guests with exceptional customer service. You must be professional in appearance, well-spoken with a friendly personality. 2 Saturdays a month are required
Job details:
- Retail Sales experience, managing an office
- Excellent communication/phone skills
- Scheduling and Organization is a must
- Meeting and consulting with brides and their guests and providing a high level of customer service
- Knowledgeable about inventory, bridal/wedding trends and designers
- Participate in fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Keep the shop floor clean and styled
- Knowledgeable in steaming and preparing dresses for pick-up
Requirements:
- Maintain a can-do attitude and pleasant demeanor
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Effective communication skills-both verbal and written
- Show a commitment to teamwork and team goal attainments
- Ability to stand for a long period of time, lift boxes and move throughout the salon
- Basic computer skills
Experience:
- Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Hours per week:
- 10-15 At least 2 Saturdays a month
