About the Role
The customer care team helps customers from coast to coast understand our process, and place their orders online, working with our team of expert sewing professionals to bring new life to customers’ beloved wedding gowns.
Our Design Studio and HQ is a beautiful and inspiring place to work everyday! Typically, the environment is fast-paced, and the customer care team moves from one task to another, answering customer questions, conducting design consultations with customers, and documenting client preferences for our talented team of sewists.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting our clients as hey place their heirloom orders (training provided)
- Documenting what was discussed for the sewing team to reference
- Answering FAQs and other client communication needs via phone or email as assigned
- Unboxing and photographing incoming dresses
- May be asked to assist with photographing finished products or shipping outbound orders as needed by the team
Schedule:
-About 25 hours per week; mostly M-F between 11-6:30pm
-Potential to grow into full time
-Some remote evenings and weekends may be required but will not be a typical part of the schedule
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people relationship skills
- Retail Sales experience, in a related fashion, clothing or gifting retailer
- Strong multi-tasking skills, Detailed minded and highly organized;
- High-energy optimism and can-do attitude, positive and action –oriented, problem solver
- Strong work ethic, collaborative and kind
Education and Training:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of sales /customer service experience in a related industry
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication Studies, Fashion Industry
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
