We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and friendly Bar Back to join our team. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishes, and serving drinks to customers.

2. Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, including juices, garnishes, and glassware.

3. Restock and Replenish: Restock and replenish bar supplies, including beers, wines, and spirits.

4. Perform other functions to facilitate service operations and smooth shift running.

5. Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

6. Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure the bar area is safe and clean, adhering to health and safety standards.

7. Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

1. Previous Experience: Previous experience as a bar back or in a related role in the hospitality industry.

2. Knowledge of Drinks: Basic knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines.

3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

5. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently.
