- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to streamline workflows and drive execution.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking to maximize efficiency and output.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential bottlenecks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, milestones, and roadblocks.
- Resource Planning: Ensure the right talent and tools are allocated effectively across multiple projects.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high standards of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet business and customer expectations
- 7 years of project management experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and product development cycles.
- Proven success in managing multiple, high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and execute with precision.
