Overview

The candidate will assume the role of an associate in an established investment management firm working with a variety of commercial real estate related products. The role will involve collaboration with the portfolio managers, asset management and underwriting team to aggregate data for client deliverables and strategic support. 

• Prepare and complete comprehensive reports tailored to individual clients and industry benchmarks
• Assist in producing marketing presentations for existing and prospective clients
• Work with firm members to complete day-to-day client deliverables and efficiently manage ad hoc requests
• Support the fundraising process by assisting in diligence requests and updating relevant marketing materials
• Support production of communications with clients regarding fund performance, financial statements and reports
• Research and report on market trends and peer data
• Provide support in organizing and preparing for annual investor conferences, quarterly meetings, and calls
• Maintain and update the investor portal including posting of materials and portal access requirements
• Draft investment summaries and press releases on relevant new investments
• Manage data integrity for the CRM system

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
• Relevant professional experience of three to five years in fixed income, commercial backed mortgage securities or real estate desired but not necessary
• Resourceful with strong research capabilities to find or generate data independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented attitude with an ability to work with different functional groups
• Highly efficient, flexible and diligent enough to handle competing priorities and deadlines
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
• The candidate must be highly quantitative, personable, poised, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced, results driven atmosphere. 

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
