Bellwether Windows, Siding & Doors is looking for a Field Project Manager to oversee residential window and siding projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organization, clear communication, and leadership skills to ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and with top-tier craftsmanship.

Primary Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Execution:
Conduct pre-production walkthroughs with the sales team and homeowners.
Create work orders and material orders to ensure projects are fully stocked before crews arrive.
Manage subcontractors and ensure all work meets Bellwether’s high-quality standards.
Perform routine job site visits to monitor progress and conduct quality control inspections.
Handle change orders and project adjustments efficiently.
Customer & Team Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with homeowners, keeping them informed every step of the way.
Proactively identify and address challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
Work closely with the Production Team to coordinate schedules and job completion.
Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure every project meets Bellwether’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:
2 years of project management or installation experience in home services, siding, windows, roofing, or related fields
Experience with subcontractor management, material ordering, and field-based project coordination
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM and project management software (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
