Project Site Supervisor

Hiring Hub is recruiting for a Project Site Supervisor!This role is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage and special systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Field Supervisor will manage field teams, coordinate with project managers, and act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.Key Responsibilities : Project Oversight : Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of low-voltage systems, including but not limited to structured cabling, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and audio-visual systems.Team Leadership : Direct and mentor field technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.Technical Expertise : Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to the team, troubleshooting and resolving system issues as needed.Client Interaction : Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with the project outcome.Coordination : Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and efficient resource allocation.Documentation : Maintain detailed records of project progress, system configurations, and as-built drawings. Provide reports to management and clients as required.Compliance : Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and manufacturer guidelines.Requirements and Qualifications : Proven experience in low-voltage systems installation and supervision.Strong knowledge of systems such as access control, CCTV, structured cabling, fire alarms, and audio-visual setups.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols (e.g., NEC, NFPA).Valid Drivers License.Some travel throughout the state.Ability to pass a background check and Drivers License (MVR) check.Education and Certifications : High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification is preferred.Need to have BICSI certification.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical environments, including ladders, confined spaces, and outdoor locations.Compensation and Benefits : Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
