Bellwood Developmental Center an 82 bed ICF / DD Facility is looking for experienced, creative & dependable Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to join our dynamic, caring, progressive and close-knit community. $4,000 Sign on Bonus available! Competitive Salaries!
The QIDP must be able to work independently and as part as a team to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our residents. The QIDP coordinates and implements service plans.
QIDP : The QIDP is responsible for the overall services provided to the residents served at Bellwood Developmental Center. This includes for assigned participants : implementation of Person-Centered Plans, participating and development of behavioral plans and other job duties as an QIDP.
Qualifications :
Must have a Bachelor degree in Social Services or another related field.
Minimum of 1 year working with DD population is required.
Experience developing activities and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
