About the Job
Drive the strategic growth of Belly Bandit! As Brand Manager, you will define and execute brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and omni-channel go-to-market initiatives. Leverage data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve brand success. We are seeking a highly organized self-starter who excels at creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. They should also share a passion for the maternal wellness space.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies
- Portfolio strategy and product management across all lines of business
- Lead omni-channel go-to-market strategy and communications for the brand. Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to meet and exceed business goals, launch new products and sustain sales momentum.
- Manage go-to-market processes and timelines
- Go to market and sales materials (product catalog, sell sheets, sell decks)
- Communication & campaign strategy
- Communications & asset briefs (marketing briefs)
- Global cross-functional communication, share out & on-going feedback loop (Launch, Learn & Love)
- Communications calendar management
- Analyze brand performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, including competitive and pricing analysis
- Act as the voice of the consumer, synthesizing industry trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify product and communication opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, market research, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce, DTC experience a plus.
- Proven analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and work effectively in cross-functional teams, both with marketing channel owners as well as innovation, design, customer service, supply chain, and/or finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience keeping multiple initiatives on track while improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, adapting to shifting priorities while staying focused on impact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
