What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Data Manager position at Belmar Pharma Solutions?
This position is responsible for administering the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring data integrity through the ongoing support, development and configuration of the system, and participation in the development of standard operating procedures where the HRIS and Data are concerned.
This role further supports organizational development by collaborating with the Director of HR and other leaders to manage cross-functional project work.
- Regularly audits data in all HR systems to meet ongoing business needs to include data integrity, reporting functionality, and compliance.
- Troubleshoots data issues between internal systems and vendors
- Coordinates with HRIS vendor(s) as needed.
- Conducts root cause analysis to understand data issues, works to cleanse data, and advises processes to mitigate future issues.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify best practices, develop standard operating procedures and document these processes
- Manages projects such company-wide alignment of Job Title alignment and Job Descriptions
- Manages access to HR systems, establishing and ensuring proper controls of sensitive data
- Acts as a liaison between project members and stakeholders to communicate requirements, deliverables, schedules and deadlines.
- Collaborates with the HR Leadership team in support of HR Strategy and Belmar Mission, Vision and Values.
