Draft Coffee is an upscale grab-and-go Italian coffee shop, offering high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas and pastries. Located by the beach, we focus on convenience without compromising on taste, providing a premium drink experience for guests on the move.
About the Barista:
As a Barista at Draft Coffee, you will craft high-quality espresso drinks and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced, grab-and-go setting. You’ll ensure consistency in coffee preparation, maintain a clean workspace, and deliver a premium guest experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome Guests with a Smile: Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee and tea with consistency and precision.
- Provide Fast, Friendly Service: Keep the line moving while maintaining a high standard of guest service.
- Handle Transactions Efficiently: Process cash and card payments quickly and accurately.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food safety guidelines and keep workstations clean and organized.

Physical Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must meet department uniform and grooming standards, including wearing slip-resistant safety shoes.
- Able to stand and move for up to four hours at a time.
- Capable of bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting as needed.
Expected Hours of Work
Open availability with 2 out of the 3 weekend days available.
