Job Description:

As a Community Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our residents and the face of our community. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a positive living environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the affordable housing complex.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle resident complaints and disputes, and find effective solutions to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and administrative staff to ensure property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
• Facilitate resident engagement activities and community events.
• Manage tenant applications, lease agreements and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal housing regulations.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve property objectives and goals.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within the context of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of affordable housing regulations and practices is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
