Job Description:

As a leasing agent, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process from start to finish. Your role will be crucial in driving occupancy rates and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independantly and as part of a team
• Profiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Yardi Breeze a plus
• A committment to delivering high- quality customer service
• Must be available to work weekends as needed for property showings and open house

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting tours of available units to perspective tenants
• Processing rental applications, and conducting credit checks
• Maintaining accurate and up-to -date records of all leasing activity
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants
• Collaborating with the property management team to address any tenant concerns or maintenance issues
• Participating in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new tenants
