- Effectively manage staffing schedules to fairly distribute work hours, keep overtime to a minimum and minimize contract labor hours
- Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process
- Data entry and administrative clerical support related to department supplies, payroll, time & attendance in Kronos.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Competent PC skills with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient reading, comprehension, writing & mathematical ability
- Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills
- Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24 hour work environment
- Experience with time clock, timekeeping and employee self-service software
- Friendly, creative, cheerful, and approachable
