As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator to help us staff our children’s cases with the right therapists—quickly, efficiently, and with care.
Your Role
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for staffing new and existing client cases by identifying top candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping ensure our families receive timely services. You’ll work closely with our leadership and clinical teams to make strategic staffing decisions that align with client needs and location.
Preferred Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just organization — we want a team member with real experience. The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience in staffing, HR coordination, or recruiting, ideally within healthcare or service-based industries.
Hands-on experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates professionally.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or hiring platforms like really, ZipRecruiter, and others.
A background in scheduling or coordinating across multiple calendars.
A clear understanding of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Review all new cases and identify open staffing needs.
Post job listings on platforms like really, ZipRecruiter, and others.
Source and screen top candidates based on geographic location, experience, and availability.
Conduct initial interviews using provided interview scripts and evaluation criteria.
Schedule second-round interviews with the CEO and place them on the CEO’s calendar.
Maintain updated records of applicants, interview outcomes, and placement progress.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions post-hiring.
Who You Are
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
Comfortable leading candidate interviews and asking thoughtful questions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiar with recruiting platforms and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
Professional and compassionate — you represent our brand to future team members.
Prior experience in healthcare, staffing, or ABA is a plus but not required.
