Job Summary
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of personal and professional responsibilities and the highest level of support for the organization’s CEO. This position will be based out of the Los Angeles area (West Hollywood, Beverly Hills), assisting the CEO with personal and business-related projects.
This role will work with business associates, family members, and other professionals as well as residential team members and third-party contractors to assist in all areas to ensure operational excellence. The role also includes light bookkeeping for personal accounts and activities.
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: West Hollywood / Beverly Hills, CA (Must live within 10 minutes)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Running personal errands (shopping, dry cleaning, car maintenance, gifting, shipping, dry cleaning, managing household vehicles and any other personal needs etc.)
- General office support a couple days a week
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Drafting and responding to emails professionally
- Creating and managing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Using ChatGPT to draft documents, summaries, or help streamline tasks
- Managing mail: opening, sorting, filing, and responding as needed
- Organizing receipts and expense tracking
- Light bookkeeping for personal accounts; familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
- Organize local, domestic, and international travel arrangements
- Arrange accommodations and dining logistics
- Maintain personal calendar; schedule appointments (e.g., DMV, passport renewals, etc.)
- Schedule household services
- Maintain birthday and significant event calendar and research, recommend, and purchase gifts for family and friends
- Event coordination and reservation booking
- Assisting with home and office organization projects
- Acting as a point of contact and gatekeeper when needed
- Driving to and from appointments or errands Maintain petty cash by providing receipts and invoices
- Make weekly cash deposits and withdrawals as needed
Requirements:
- Must live within 10 minutes of West Hollywood / Beverly Hills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools to assist with tasks
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
- Comfortable with both personal and business-related tasks
- Experience with QuickBooks is a strong plus
