Administrative & Growth Coordinator (Part-Time, 20-25 Hours/Week)

About Our Team

We are a growing private therapy group practice specializing in supporting high achievers, perfectionists, and individuals navigating stress and anxiety.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new client inquiries via email and phone in a warm, professional manner
  • Follow up on old leads to re-engage potential clients
  • Assist clients with scheduling and out-of-network benefits navigation
  • Identify and develop referral relationships with local providers, organizations, and professionals in New England
  • Coordinate outreach efforts, including email campaigns and follow-ups
  • Research and implement networking opportunities
  • Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content
  • Draft and schedule newsletters and marketing emails
  • Assist with website updates, blog promotion, and other branding initiatives
  • Analyze and refine internal systems for client management, scheduling, and inquiries
  • Develop efficient workflows for administrative and marketing tasks
  • Identify areas for automation and increased efficiency

About You

  • You'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, resourceful, highly organized, tech-savvy, people-oriented, and growth-focused
  • Preferred experience: Prior experience in administration, marketing, or business operations
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, EHR, systems, and social media scheduling tools
  • Strong writing skills for client communication and marketing content
