Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new client inquiries via email and phone in a warm, professional manner
- Follow up on old leads to re-engage potential clients
- Assist clients with scheduling and out-of-network benefits navigation
- Identify and develop referral relationships with local providers, organizations, and professionals in New England
- Coordinate outreach efforts, including email campaigns and follow-ups
- Research and implement networking opportunities
- Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content
- Draft and schedule newsletters and marketing emails
- Assist with website updates, blog promotion, and other branding initiatives
- Analyze and refine internal systems for client management, scheduling, and inquiries
- Develop efficient workflows for administrative and marketing tasks
- Identify areas for automation and increased efficiency
About You

- Preferred experience: Prior experience in administration, marketing, or business operations
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, EHR, systems, and social media scheduling tools
