Your Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop referral relationships with local providers, organizations, and professionals, and coordinate outreach efforts to increase visibility and growth.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the practice, including managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media platforms, drafting and scheduling newsletters and marketing emails, and assisting with website updates and blog promotion.
- System Improvement: Analyze and refine internal systems for client management, scheduling, and inquiries, and develop efficient workflows for administrative and marketing tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administration, marketing, or business operations, preferably in healthcare or private practice.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, EHR, and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong writing skills for client communication and marketing content.
