Duties

- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical wellness.
- Monitor participants' health and well-being throughout the day, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to participants, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans tailored to each participant's needs.
