What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Belron NZ Ltd?
The Opportunity:
The purpose of the role is to delight stakeholders of the finance and sourcing teams, plus other cost center owners, by providing an outstanding service, ensuring faultless compliance with financial legislation, supply agreements, company policies and internal controls, whilst striving for high efficiency.
Location: NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060).
Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process improvement, automation projects are desirable.
- 2 years minimum experience working in a customer/supplier facing role within a finance team environment.
- 2 years minimum experience Microsoft Dynamics D365 FinOps and ExFlow
- 2 years minimum experience Readsoft Verification Software.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including excellent Excel skills (data manipulation, lookups, basic formulas).
- Preferable background from high transaction volume service industry role.
