What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Business Services & Innovation position at Belron NZ Ltd?
Purpose of Role
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that there is a comprehensive Technology Strategy in place that aligns to the Belron NZ Business Strategy. The role will take the lead on ensuring the successful delivery of the associated change programme that will implement key enabling projects. The role provides leadership to the NZ Technology team and must work collaboratively with the ANZ Technology team to ensure all aspects of Belron NZ technology are operationally fit for purpose.

- Track record of successfully leading change programs and driving the implementation of key projects.
- Adept at providing effective leadership to technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated customer focus, ability to build partnerships, and foster teamwork for unified and user-oriented technological advancements.
- Demonstrated skill in ensuring the operational fitness of technology, emphasising efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects.
