Customer Service Associate
Belstra Milling Company is a world-class feed manufacturing facility. Belstra is in search of a self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individual to work closely with our customers to help overcome and resolve, in the best way possible, any product and service questions or concerns customers may have. This individual will also be responsible for entering feed orders as customers call-in or email their order. Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited
- Receiving customer orders through various communication platforms
- Respond to phone calls regarding feed orders, feed questions, potential new customers, delivery quotes, etc.
- Address any customer inconveniences
- Correctly enter orders into a company-specific feed manufacturing program such as Feed Mill Manager and organize the delivery board to assist BMC Transport
- Maintaining accuracy and honesty in job functions
- Entering information into an Excel format
- Troubleshooting issues on past orders and changes
- Willingness to learn about our feed line in order to answer customer questions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Relevant certificate or Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience – preferred but not required
- Agriculture background – preferred but not required
