Responsibilities
- Evaluate Trauma Program activities and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance trauma care and patient safety.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to trauma care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Missouri RN Licensure.
- Two years of experience in a critical care setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
