About the Role :
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you’ll handle up to 50 customer calls per day, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to help resolve issues promptly. You’ll also coordinate with our field technicians, ensuring that customers receive quick and effective assistance. Your goal? To create a seamless, positive experience for our customers that sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries —take ownership of up to 50 calls per day with patience and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with confidence and basic technical know-how.
- Dispatch technicians to customer sites as needed, coordinating service effectively.
- Record and track each customer interaction, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, cohesive service experience.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
