Beltone Southside is a medical device sales company, at Beltone we test hearing, fit hearing aids, and offer all follow-up care on hearing devices.
At Beltone we are looking for a Bookkeeper who will be responsible for:
- Essential tasks relating to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain an accurate and organized file system.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Ensure proper paper/digital documentation of all expenses.
- Enter and maintain records in QuickBooks.
- Provide documentation and account assignments for all monthly expenditures.
- Invoicing for accounts receivable.
Skills required for this position are as follows:
- Highschool diploma.
- Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand financial data, processes, and procedures.
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Must be a self-starter
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 2:00 - 5:00

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
