Beltone Southside is a medical device sales company, at Beltone we test hearing, fit hearing aids, and offer all follow-up care on hearing devices.
At Beltone our Administrative Assistants AKA Patient Care Coordinators are responsible for planning and carrying out patient care operations which include:
- Handling inbound calls.
- Scheduling Patient appointments and making reminder calls.
- Making outbound calls to fill your clinic’s schedule to drive hearing aid sales and patient retention.
- Assisting the Team with hitting sales goals.
- Creating a great experience and building ongoing relationships with our patient base.
- Greeting Patients, processing intake information.
- Collecting and maintaining Patient health, demographic, insurance, and financial information.
- Inventory Management
- Seamlessly multi-tasking between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the location.
- Cleaning and troubleshooting hearing aids.
Working Hours:
- Elizabeth City | Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:45 - 5:00
- Outer Banks | Monday: 9:00 - 4:00

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
