- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to termination using HRIS
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance and updating records
- Safety Program Oversight: Conduct safety meetings and site visits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Claims and Leave Management: Process Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and Short-term Disability claims, and track insurance claims
- Regulatory Reporting: File necessary reports to federal and state governments, including EEO1 submissions and OSHA logs
- Billing Reconciliation and Audits: Reconcile third-party bills and assist with insurance audits and bid documentation
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related role, with exposure to various HR functions
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including labor relations, benefits, and workplace safety
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
