We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required.
Salary will based on current experience.
Prior office experience including computer knowledge and phone etiquette are a must as well as good communication and people skills. References are required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized office records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Utilize computer skills to manage scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
- Support administrative tasks, including calendar management and office organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
