We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Salary will based on current experience.

Prior office experience including computer knowledge and phone etiquette are a must as well as good communication and people skills. References are required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain organized office records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks, including calendar management and office organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
