Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Utilize ZOHO or similar CRM tools to track interactions and manage customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the rest of the sales team to identify new market opportunities.
Requirements
- Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in inside sales and cold calling required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
