- Showcase Value: Demonstrate the advantages of adopting new releases, guiding customers through the upgrade process for successful implementation.
- Manage Critical Situations: Lead the management and resolution of complex critical issues.
- Customer Success Meetings: Conduct regular action plan meetings to provide updates and address any challenges affecting customer success.
- Develop Improvement Plans: Create plans to address areas of concern identified during customer meetings.
- Relay Requirements: Communicate customer requirements to the software development team.
- Lead Account Management: Coordinate meetings with sales and other internal stakeholders to develop strategies for long-lasting business relationships.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new customer solutions.
You Are an Ideal Candidate If You:
- Experience: Have at least three years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, customer service, project management, technical pre-sales, or other technical consulting roles.
- Relationship Building: Can easily build relationships with C-level executives, administrators, end users, and other stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
