- Create invoices and manage work orders.
- Monitor backlog of quote requests and turnaround within 1-2 days of receipt.
- Research parts / labor required for repair and associated pricing and, if necessary, review with technician or customer.
- Apply standard material mark-ups and labor rates or receive approval for adjusted pricing.
Additional Requirements :
