About the Role

The Senior Client Strategy Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of accounts and building strong relationships with clients. This individual will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Account management, including client relationship building and management.
  • Project coordination, including creation, presentation, and implementation.
  • Client support, including issue resolution and escalation.
  • Vendor management, including development, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Mentorship of the intern team, focusing on exceptional service standards and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
