Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
New Policy Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales leads, converting them into long-term client relationships through persuasive communication and excellent service.
Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet the unique needs of each client, offering personalized advice and guidance.
Renewals and Updates: Manage policy renewals and updates, ensuring clients are aware of changes and opportunities to enhance their coverage.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and regulatory changes in the insurance industry to provide the best possible service to clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and strategies for improved sales outcomes.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License. We can help you obtain the license if you don't already have it.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
