Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage residential construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met and all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients to establish project goals and provide progress updates.
- Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and develop project schedules.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and track expenses to ensure completion within budget.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Manage project teams and provide guidance and support to team members.
