Requirements/Responsibilities
Store Manager Requirements:
* Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency
* Must love making people happy
* Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet
* Are able to lift at least 20 lbs
* Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Has a “can do” attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network
* Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience
* Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts
* Honest with integrity!
* Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job
* Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork
Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Ben &b Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
Salary : $37,500 - $50,000
