Catering Operations Role :
Manage daily catering operations from our Providence scoop shop, ensuring success and growth.
Bring fresh, creative ideas to grow the business and work independently or as part of a team.
Ensure staff is properly trained on customer service, cleanliness, and operations.
Prep for events and attend to ensure smooth execution and quality service.
Foster a positive work environment, encouraging growth and advancement opportunities.
Oversee catering policies, equipment, and staff presentation, ensuring high standards.
Be ready to work outdoors and lift or move objects (up to 25 lbs).

Requirements / Responsibilities
Requirements :
Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency
Must love making people happy
Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet
Are able to lift at least 20 lbs
Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
Has a “can do” attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network
Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience
Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts
Honest with integrity!
Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job
Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork
Having some sales experience
Must have valid drivers license
Monitor labor and costs to stay within budget while driving sales.
Follow food safety rules (dress code, food storage) and handle basic cash transactions with a POS system.
