Russell Morin Catering & Events is looking for Hospitality Event Culinary Assistants to provide exceptional service at high-profile weddings, corporate events, and galas throughout Southern New England. This is a fast-paced, exciting role perfect for those who thrive in a team-oriented environment and love delivering WOW experiences to guests.

What You'll Do:
· Work with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and smooth event execution
· Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency
· Set up, execute, and break down event spaces
· Work alongside front-of-house and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and event experiences
· Gain hands-on experience across different culinary roles and departments, enhancing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Collaborate with event staff and chefs to ensure seamless service
· Adapt to different event needs and solve problems in real time
What We're Looking For:
Required:
· Alcohol Safety Certification (ServSafe or TIPS) – can be obtained within one month (reimbursable)
· Reliable transportation to travel to event locations (Events primarily within 60 miles of Attleboro, MA). We cover mileage, tolls, and parking so you can focus on delivering great service.
· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, and walk for extended periods
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
· Experience in Catering (training available for the right candidates)
· Experience in high-volume, off-premise catering or exclusive venues
· Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Willingness to cross-train and grow within the company
