Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Effectively manage administrative tasks involved in real estate transactions (list to close)
- Provide leadership and direction to virtual staff
- Coordinate photography and staging appointments
- Understand real estate contracts to summarize important terms, conditions and contingency dates
- Utilize industry leading systems to ensure process efficiency and consistency
- Maintain accurate and compliant files per team and brokerage standards
- Communicate updates to the entire team throughout the course of the transaction
- Gather reviews and referrals.
- Maintain database accuracy (past clients, sphere, contacts, etc.)
- Execute touch programs to prospects, clients, vendors, and agents
- Maintains all vendor and service provider files.
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the HUB office.
- Assist with coordination of team and client events
- Order and maintain office supplies, business cards, and marketing collateral
- Order and maintain sign and lockbox inventory
- Receive and distribute all mail, packages, and deliveries to the office.
- Maintain general appearance of the office
- Provide administrative support to leadership, staff, and real estate professionals

- Attend weekly one on one meetings with Director of Operations
- Meet commitments and goals set on 4-1-1 and professional development plan
- Participate in team building and annual business planning activities
- Participate in client appreciation events
- Participate in assigned training, reading and business development activities
