ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Join our dedicated team at Ben Russo State Farrm, a proud and growing State Farm agency serving the greater Lebanon, NH area. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service with their insurance and financial service needs.

We are seeking a good, nice person to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with policy information, billing, policy changes, and claims.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and improve service processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Property and Casualty Producers License preferred... if no current P&C License, will need to obtain license.
• Current Life and Health License preferred... if no current Life and Health License, will need to obtain license.
• Computer skills preferred.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
