Job Overview
East Valley mortgage banker looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor. This is an entry-level Full-time position. Insurance benefits available. Salary is negotiable. Looking to fill immediately. Job responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Daily correspondence with borrowers seeking mortgage loans via phone and email
- Maintain pipeline reports
- Document organization and filing
- Interact with multiple lending platforms
- Ordering services such as appraisals, credit reports, payoffs, verification of mortgages, insurance policies, etc.
- Interact with title and escrow companies throughout loan funding process
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
