Position Overview:

As a Loan Processor/Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our loan processing pipeline, managing deals from application through to funding. Your role is critical to ensuring smooth, timely loan closings and delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the loan processing pipeline, ensuring efficient workflow and timely closings

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and ensuring high satisfaction

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness

• Work closely with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to ensure all loan requirements are met

• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the loan process and proactively communicate solutions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the loan management system

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in loan processing.

• Strong knowledge of loan processes, regulations, and real estate market dynamics

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in loan management software and standard office software (Excel, CRM systems, etc.)
