- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera or Prolog.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement effective project management strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
