Summary
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple Managers/Supervisors. In addition to answering phones, typing, filing, performs duties such as assisting with requests from Human Resource, Operations, Accounting and Service Departments. Deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organizations. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. This position reports to the HR Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls, by the second ring, transfers to appropriate department/person or takes a message that is delivered via email. Greeting guests and visitors. Every morning running voice mails and delivering messages to the appropriate individuals within the office.
- Various tasks working with Excel worksheets and analyses
- Office correspondence and routing as needed
- Various data entry and file management including confidential and sensitive materials
- Administrative support for office management, project management, and field management
- Assist with A/P items and will assist with various reporting
- HR related tasks to include assisting with personnel file and management, new hire process, and file compliance
- Assist with DOT compliance and random drug testing scheduling as backup for HR
- Maintains Office Supplies
- Other duties as requested

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office environment. Involves constant telephone contact with internal management/associates, external clients (applicants), vendors, and others as necessary. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
