JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Office Manager
Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving and screening walk-in visitors, addressing their needs or directing them to the appropriate staff person.
2. Receives and handles phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, screening and directing calls appropriately.
3. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of office supplies.
4. Responsible for word-processing/typing as assigned.
5. Maintain filing system, utilizing both paper filing and the electronic document management system, promoting efficient and effective operations.
6. Attend and take minutes for weekly staff meetings.
7. Assist with Agency wide projects as assigned.
8. Assist with other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Skills:
1. High School Diploma, GED or three (3) years’ experience in an office setting.
2. Experience working with computers is required.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook/ Experience with Excel and Adobe.
4. Verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle administrative and data entry effectively.
Fair Labor Standards Act: Non-Exempt
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Regional Director or Designee.
