- High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.
- Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025!

Overview
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day production of the banquet kitchen working directly under the banquet chef.
- This is a full-time position.
- $21.95 per hour.
- Weekend availability preferred.
- Operate the kitchen in a profitable manner by reducing waste and controlling inventory.
- Supervise and participate in the preparation and execution of the Banquets CMP, and Cafeteria.
- Monitor production and quality levels of all food products.
- Train, develop and maintain employee skills and relations.
- Oversee incoming food product to ensure proper quality.
- Inspect all refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation.
- Observe cafeteria to ensure proper quality at all times.
- Three years culinary experience in a multi-unit hotel or conference center.
- Previous experience supervising a staff of 5 or more employees preferred.
- Excellent knife skills and master of garde manger basics.
Salary : $22
