- Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:
- Recording financial transactions in the general ledger
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
- Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

- Strong knowledge of public accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with financial concepts, such as debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients
