As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all nursing activities within our Skilled Nursing Unit to ensure the delivery of exceptionally high-quality care to our residents.

Edgehill, a 46 Bed, 5 Star Boutique Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehabilitation Center located within a luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community in Stamford, CT is looking for a Dynamic Director of Nurses to join our Dedicated Care Team.
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all nursing activities within our Skilled Nursing Unit to ensure the delivery of exceptionally high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including resident rights, HIPAA, and other applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
- Connecticut Registered nurse (RN)
- Prior Long Term Care Director of Nursing experience required
- Strong leadership skills
